Vegetables & Produce

I’m currently preparing ground for my Spring 2011 planting of
Blueberries - Blackberries - Raspberries -Tayberries & Boysenberries.
I will have a limited BUT some berry production available starting in the Spring of 2011 and this will increase dramatically as the years progress.

There will be 9 varieties of Blueberries that will allow picking from late Spring throughout the season into Fall.

There will be 4 varieties of flavorful Raspberries. Three red varieties and one Gold variety. All of the Raspberries are “Primocane” species which will give fruit in the current year growth and be harvest ready in the late Summer up until the first heavy frost in the Fall.

There will also be something new to the High Country and they are Tayberries and Boysenberries. these are very large and extremely flavorful berries that are little know or seen in the local market.

! Last but definitely not least...BLACKBERRIES !
There will be three varieties of “Jumbo” Thornless Blackberries.

As you can see these guys on the page with me are ALL excited about coming to Indian Rock Organic Farm in the Summer to keep the berries company. I will be offering a wide variety of vegetables along with our berries.
